HUOPAN 助理店长招聘 · Assistant Store Manager Job Posting 公司 / Company：HUOPAN（生活百货零售 / Lifestyle & General Merchandise Retail） 门店地址 / Location：17585-B Harvard Avenue, Irvine, CA 92614 职位类型 / Employment Type：全职 Full-time 薪资 / Pay Range：$18 汇报对象 / Reports To：店长 Store Manager 职位概述 Job Summary 我们正在为尔湾(Irvine)门店招聘一名店员，协助店长处理门店日常运营、团队协调与顾客服务，并在店长不在场时代理门店管理工作；同时负责门店的社交媒体运营与短视频内容拍摄。 We"re hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team coordination, and customer service, lead the store in the Manager"s absence, and run the store"s social media & short-video content. 岗位职责 Responsibilities • 协助店长完成开店/闭店、收银及现金管理 Assist with store opening/closing, POS operation & cash handling • 协助陈列维护与库存管理（收货、上架、盘点） Support visual merchandising and inventory tasks (receiving, stocking, counts) • 协助排班、指导及培训新员工 Assist with scheduling, and help train and coach new staff • 提供优质顾客服务，处理顾客咨询与投诉 Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints • 协助监督门店整洁、安全与合规 Help ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance • 及时向店长反馈销售、库存及员工情况 Report sales, inventory, and staffing updates to the Store Manager • 负责门店社交媒体运营（小红书/Instagram/TikTok等），定期拍摄剪辑短视频及产品内容 Manage store social media accounts (Xiaohongshu/Instagram/TikTok, etc.) and regularly shoot & edit short-form video and product content 任职要求 Requirements • 有零售门店经验优先 retail store experience preferred • 有社媒运营及短视频拍摄/剪辑经验，会用手机拍摄并简单剪辑（如剪映/CapCut） Experience with social media management and short-video shooting/editing (e.g., CapCut/Jianying) using a smartphone • 熟练使用POS收银系统 Proficient with POS systems • 能接受灵活排班，含周末及节假日 Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays • 年满18周岁，具备美国合法工作资格 Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
