Job Description: 1. Shipping & Receiving ManagementFollow up on daily inbound and outbound processes to ensure quantity accuracy and timely system updates. 2. Data Maintenance & System OperationsOperate TMS to enter, update, and reconcile data.Maintain BOL, receiving, and shipping records. 3. Driver Communication & DispatchingCommunicate with drivers in real time to coordinate pickup and delivery times.Arrange the sequence of trucks, empty containers, and driver check-in based on cargo conditions. 4. Dock Door SchedulingAllocate dock doors efficiently to improve loading and unloading productivity.Handle on-site emergencies to reduce congestion and wait times.Working Hours: 6:00 AM － 3:00 PM | 12:00 PM － 9:00 PM | 5:00 PM － 3:00 AM
