招聘岗位：账号运营主管 工作地点：Pomona 招聘人数：1名 薪资范围：$4000 - $5,000/月 工作内容：负责 UPS、USPS、FedEx 等物流账号的日常运营及异常、索赔、取件和账务问题处理，同时负责物流供应商的对接、引入及维护，并 管理供应商价格信息，确保尾程物流运营顺畅高效。 • Handle operational exceptions for shipping accounts with UPS, USPS, and FedEx (e.g., delivery delays, lost packages, system issues). • Manage claims processing, including documentation submission and follow-ups. • Coordinate package pickups and daily shipment operations. • Monitor account performance and resolve billing or service discrepancies. • Manage logistics vendor relationships, including onboarding and coordinating with new service providers, and maintain effective communication with existing vendors to resolve operational issues. • Maintain and update vendor pricing and rate tables in the system, ensuring pricing information is accurate and up to date. • Ensure smooth daily last-mile operations and maintain service efficiency. 请将简历发送至office@btlscm. com
