Field Service & Implementation Technician － Warehouse Robotics

A global leader in intelligent warehouse robotics. We are looking for hands-on technicians to deploy, maintain, and support our robotic systems at customer sites across the U.S. Responsibilities • Install, commission, and deploy robotic systems at customer warehouses • Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance • Diagnose faults using systematic, logical problem-solving • Communicate with customers on-site and answer their questions • Write clear service reports and project documentation in English Requirements • Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Able to read technical documents, write reports, and communicate with customers on-site • Basic computer and networking knowledge. Linux experience is a plus • Strong hands-on repair skills, proficient with a variety of repair tools and hardware • Willing and able to travel by air throughout the U.S. long-term, working at a different project site each week • Valid driver"s license and driving experience • OSHA 10 certificate (or willingness to obtain it promptly) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid SSN • Honest, reliable, responsible, and committed to quality work How to Apply Send your resume to [[email protected]].
