Food Quality Controller & Operator－Dim Sum food Manufacturing Company in South El Monte We are a Dim sum food manufacturing company located in South El Monte CA 91733. We are a seeking a responsible full-time Food Quality Controller and Operator. Summary: The pay is $25-27/hour · We will train if you do not have experience. · This position has a great opportunity to raise and promote. Working under the Manager, or Supervisor, this person will perform the following duties: - Responsible food temperature control and recording. - In compliance withthe USDA requirements and follow the procedures and instructions. - Oversea the production line andoperation smoothness. - Performing some administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be able to manage emails and basic computer operation skills. - Strong analytical and organizational skills, and be able to solve problems. -Proficiency with the following software programs: Excel, Microsoft Word - Accurate and detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and effectively manage time and workload - Motivated and self-starting with a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team - One years (or more) of relevant training or experience is a PLUS - Must be influent Bilingual (English-Chinese) Please email resumes and cover letter.
