Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in electrical products, including electrical outlets, switches, smart home devices, and other electrical appliances. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in both English and Chinese. This position involves answering customer calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, following up with potential clients, and helping generate sales. Responsibilities： Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.Introduce and explain company products, including electrical outlets, switches, smart electrical devices, and related products. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order information.Follow up with potential customers and existing clients to generate sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic after-sales support. Prepare quotations and provide product information when needed.Communicate with both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking customers.Maintain customer records and follow up on sales leads. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management teams regarding customer orders.Help achieve individual and company sales goals. Qualifications： Minimum 3 years of sales, customer service, or related work experience. Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Strong verbal communication and telephone skills. Previous experience in sales is required. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Organized, responsible, and able to follow up with customers independently.Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Experience with electrical products, home improvement products, electronics, or smart home products is a plus.B2B sales experience is a plus. Preferred SkillsExperience selling electrical products, outlets, switches, or smart home devices.Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls. Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.Familiarity with wholesale, retail, or e-commerce sales.Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
