美国 WMS 实施顾问 / Implementation Consultant

岗位定位 / Position Overview 负责美国客户的 WMS 系统实施、培训和上线支持，协助客户顺利使用产品，并与内部团队协同解决客户问题。 Responsible for WMS system implementation, training, and go-live support for US customers. Help customers successfully adopt the product and work with internal teams to resolve customer issues. 核心职责 / Key Responsibilities 参与美国客户需求调研，梳理客户仓库、财务、运营等相关流程。 Participate in requirement discovery with US customers and help understand their warehouse, finance, and operational processes. 负责客户各角色培训、使用指导和上线支持。 Provide training, user guidance, and go-live support for different customer roles. 跟进客户实施过程中的问题，并推动内部资源解决。 Follow up on issues during implementation and coordinate internal resources to drive resolution. 整理客户需求、反馈和实施进展，定期同步团队。 Document customer requirements, feedback, and implementation progress, and provide regular updates to the team. 维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度。 Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction. 任职要求 / Requirements 本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above. 英文可作为工作语言，能与美国客户进行日常沟通。 Able to use English as a working language and communicate with US customers in daily business scenarios. 责任心强，执行力好，能主动跟进并推动问题闭环。 Strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to proactively follow up and drive issues to closure. 沟通能力好，亲和力强，有耐心，愿意服务客户。 Good communication skills, approachable personality, patience, and willingness to support customers. 学习能力强，能快速理解软件产品和客户业务流程。 Strong learning ability; able to quickly understand software products and customer business processes. 能适应跨时区沟通。 Able to work with cross-time-zone communication.
