招海外仓会计

本公司位于Chino, 紧邻71号高速，交通便利，现需招会计一名： 海外仓会计 / Warehouse Accountant 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1. 负责海外仓日常财务核算，包括费用报销、账务处理、应收应付管理。 Responsible for daily accounting of the overseas warehouse, including expense reimbursement, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable management. 2. 编制月度、季度及年度财务报表，确保数据准确、及时。 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 3. 负责仓库进出库成本核算，进行库存财务数据核对，确保账实相符。 Conduct cost accounting of warehouse inbound and outbound transactions, reconcile inventory financial data, and ensure consistency between accounts and physical stock. 4. 跟踪海外仓运营费用，提出成本优化建议。 Monitor operating expenses of the overseas warehouse and provide cost optimization suggestions. 任职要求 / Job Requirements 1. 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历，有会计资格证书优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; accounting certification is preferred. 2. 2年以上会计工作经验，有海外仓储/跨境电商财务经验者优先。 At least 2 years of accounting experience; experience in overseas warehousing or cross-border e-commerce finance is preferred. 3. 熟悉美国（或目标国家）的基本财税制度，有当地财务实操经验者优先。 Familiar with basic taxation and accounting practices in the U.S. (or target country); practical local finance experience is a plus. 4. 熟练使用财务软件和办公软件（Excel、ERP系统等）。 Proficient in financial software and office tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.). 5. 具备良好的沟通能力、数据分析能力和解决问题的能力。 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 6. 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的职业操守和团队合作精神。 Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong professional ethics and team spirit. 岗位要求： 1. 须有在美国合法工作身份，可报税 2. 有海外仓仓库工作经验优先 3. 需要中英文流利，细心并容易沟通者 4.会领星仓库管理系统 工作地点：Chino 工作时间： 我司周一到周五工作 ，时间 9：00-5:30 .公司提供冰箱，饮水机，微波炉 电话：9097609719 请发邮件：[email protected]
