Digital Marketing Specialist will facilitate full service customer service, connecting with customers and fulfilling their product needs from inception to delivery. Shifts are Monday-Friday. Position requirements: - MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK! - Sales Experience - Great on the phone. You must be comfortable answering, placing calls - Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing skills are a must. - Computer experience. You must be very comfortable using the internet, email, and basic computer programs. - Flexibility. You must be flexible in learning and working with other departments. Have a good sense of humor and the ability to get along well with others. We have fun, but we work hard. - Self-motivated. You must be an eager, self-starter and motivated problem-solver. If this is not you please do not apply. - You must have experience in the sales and customer service field. - College Degree is a plus. - Punctuality is a Must -Social Media Management: Responsible for content planning, high-quality visual layout, video production (shooting and editing), and daily audience engagement across company accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (targeting the mainstream North American market), and Facebook. Ad Campaigns & Lead Generation: Responsible for setting up, targeting audiences, and optimizing budgets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to precisely acquire local and online custom orders.
