****BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE ONLY**** Company Website: https://acctpro.us/ A bookkeeping and tax service firm located in Los Alamitos, Orange County, is seeking a Part-Time Tax Accountant. Responsibilities including, but not limited to: * Prepare and file individual tax returns accurately and on time * Conduct tax research to support compliance and planning * Assist with payroll processing and record-keeping * Support form filling and perform other general office duties as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (Business major preferred but not required) * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or have a valid U.S. work permit * Fluency in both English and Chinese is a must (Please do not apply if you are not bilingual) * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new environments * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail * Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all processes are followed with accuracy * Previous experience in accounting and/or the tax industry is a plus, but not required * College graduate with at least one year of work experience (experience does not need to be related to accounting) * Able to work afternoon shift * Knowledge of QuickBooks, Lacerte, AME System is a plus, but not required. * Experiences in Payroll/Personal Tax is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay : $20-27 per hour Part-Time Schedule: 20-25 hours per week; 25-29.5 hours during tax season We offer excellent training to support employees' professional development and growth.
