I. Job Responsibilities 1. Daily Financial Management - Handle the company's daily accounting operations, including the recording and reconciliation of revenue, costs, and expenses. - Review and verify expense reimbursement requests, payment applications, and related financial documents. - Manage company bank accounts and execute fund receipts and payments, ensuring the security and accuracy of cash flow transactions. - Regularly reconcile bank account balances and transaction records. 2. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management - Maintain, reconcile, and monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP). - Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers and suppliers to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial records. - Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with relevant departments to collect overdue receivables. - Arrange supplier payments according to the approved payment schedule. 3. Financial Reporting and Data Analysis - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Provide financial analysis and operational reports to support management decision-making. - Monitor project costs and profitability. 4. Tax Management - Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. - Manage tax declarations, payments, and related documentation. - Communicate and coordinate with the tax consultant/accountant in Mexico regarding tax filings, tax compliance, and related financial matters. - Maintain effective communication with tax authorities and external auditors when required. 5. Financial Document Management - Organize and maintain financial vouchers, contracts, invoices, and related records. - Ensure all financial documents are complete, properly filed, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. 6. Other Responsibilities - Assist in the development and improvement of financial management policies and procedures. - Support budget preparation and monitor budget execution. - Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management. II. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Familiar with accounting principles, financial regulations, tax laws, and financial software. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately under pressure. - Strong analytical skills and good communication abilities in English and Chinese. - Able to communicate in Spanish for work-related matters, particularly when coordinating with the tax consultant/accountant in Mexico. ***NOTE: This position is open to US-based candidates only.
