We are hiring a helper/runner for our small apartment rental management business, located in the city of Montebello. Duties include property errands, supply pickup, property checks, meeting vendors, helping with basic property upkeep, other miscellaneous works, and occasional apartment cleaning or vacant-unit cleaning. Applicant must know how to drive and be reliable, responsible, independent, and being comfortable with cleaning work.
