Our services include: · Tax preparation and planning · Trust and estate planning and compliance · Asset protection and business succession planning · International taxation · Tax-free reorganizations · Accounting and attestation services, including financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits · Agreed-upon procedures and due diligence We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. Qualifications · 2－3+ years of experience in a CPA firm preferred · Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a U.S. college or university required · Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese · Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment · Strong communication and organizational skills · Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with a variety of accounting, tax, and advisory engagements, including: · Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts · Prepare payroll, sales tax, and other local tax returns · Provide bookkeeping and write-up services · Assist with financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits · Conduct accounting and tax research in various technical areas · Assist with complex tax planning and tax-structuring projects · Advise clients on business entity selection and formation · Assist with accounting system implementation and related projects · Communicate with clients and assist with day-to-day client service needs Benefits · Health Insurance · Paid Sick Time · Paid Time Off (PTO) · On-the-Job Training · Travel Reimbursement Compensation $55,000－$70,000 annual salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
