Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to assist our sales team and support daily operations with major retail partners including TikTok, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Target, and more. This role plays a vital part in processing wholesale orders, coordinating logistics, managing product listings, and enhancing customer experience to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Support sales team in processing purchase orders and preparing presentations, listings, and promotional materials Communicate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels Collaborate with retail accounts on new product launches and seasonal campaigns Maintain and update account information in CRM or ERP systems Monitor wholesale account performance, sales trends, and provide regular reporting Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and upselling initiatives Requirements: 1－2 years of experience in sales support, e-commerce, or customer service (retail/tech industry preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with online retail platforms and sales tools (CRM/ERP a plus) Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off
