This position will be responsible for daily accounts receivable activities, customer payment follow-up, and supporting various accounting and business functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounts receivable activities and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. Maintain accurate payment records and investigate and resolve payment discrepancies. Prepare accounts receivable aging reports, basic sales reports, commission calculations, and customer rebate reports. Provide accounting and business support as assigned by the supervisor. Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related issues. Requirements: 1+ year of accounting or finance-related experience preferred; Accounts Receivable experience is a plus. Candidates with limited accounting experience but strong Excel skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred. Other Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
