About Us: We are a direct fence supply company with a street-front showroom and distribution warehouse in Los Angeles. We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to manage showroom walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online sales through social channels. Key Responsibilities: Welcome showroom visitors and introduce our standardized iron/steel and vinyl fence product lines; Handle incoming calls, provide instant pricing quotes, and process sales orders; Manage online product listings and respond to customer leads on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Yelp, and Google; Assist with POS checkouts, invoicing, and order status tracking. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in counter sales, retail, customer service, or inside sales (building materials background is a plus); Proficient with basic computer software and social selling platforms (Facebook Marketplace/OfferUp); Fluent in both English and Mandarin (able to handle phone inquiries and text correspondence in both languages); Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits: Pay Structure: $3,500 － $4,500 Base Salary/month + Sales Performance Commissions; Stable full-time schedule; Clean and professional showroom environment.
